The Laboratory was founded in March 2024 on the basis of the Mathematical problems of applied informatics Department. The Department was created in 1988 by Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Pisarenko Valerii (1942–2023), who headed it in 1988–2023.The Laboratory has 5 employees, among them 3 with Ph. D.

MAIN DIRECTIONS OF SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY

  • general theory and methods of system analysis, mathematical modeling of complex systems and processes;
  • general control theory, methods and means of building intelligent control systems of different levels and purposes;
  • general control theory, methods and means of building intelligent control systems of different levels and purposes;
  • development of artificial intelligence methods;
  • development and support for the implementation of new intelligent information technologies and systems;
  • development of application software for knowledge management.

THE MOST IMPORTANT RESULTS

methods for modeling the processes of optimal management of modern multi-component complex information systems for various purposes were developed and, on the basis of the developed methods, the development of promising information processing tools and cybernetic systems for solving the problems of managing these processes was carried out
