Postgraduate studies at the Institute of Cybernetics named after V.M. Hlushkova National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine conducts recruitment for studies for 2023-2027
In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 966 dated 11.08.2016 and the license to conduct educational activities, the Institute of Cybernetics trains graduate students in the following specialties:
- 113 Applied mathematics: license volume – 5 people, places by state order – 4 people,
- 122 Computer science: license volume – 5 people, places by state order – 2 people,
- 123 Computer engineering: license volume – 5 people, places by state order – 1 person.
Persons who have obtained a higher education at the master's (specialist) level are admitted to postgraduate studies on a competitive basis.
Entrants who have timely submitted all the necessary documents for admission to graduate school are admitted to the entrance exams, namely:
- application addressed to the director of the Institute of Cybernetics;
- personal sheet from personnel records, certified by the seal of the institution in which the entrant to postgraduate studies studies or works;
- 4 photo cards 3x4;
- a research proposal in the chosen specialty;
- a list of published scientific works and inventions; copies of published articles/theses (if available);
- a copy of the diploma of graduation from a higher educational institution.
- a copy of the identification number assignment certificate;
- a copy of the passport;
- a certificate from the permanent place of registration (if there is no registration mark in the passport);
- an international foreign language certificate certifying levels B-2, C1-C2 (if available);
For persons who obtained a higher education abroad, the equivalence of the submitted diploma is established in accordance with the "Procedure for recognition of degrees of higher education obtained in foreign higher educational institutions", approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine No. 504 dated 05.05.2015;
Passport, diploma of higher education and military ID (officer's license) are submitted by entrants in person.
Acceptance of applications and documents, entrance exams, competitive selection and enrollment in full-time (full-time) and part-time postgraduate studies are held in the following period:

Working hours of the Admissions Committee: every day, except Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 16:00, break from 13:00 to 14:00.
