Topic: Energy Resilience Models and Their System Analysis
Abstract: The report is devoted to the contemporary statements of the problem of energy resilience, their system analysis based on ENTSO-E and IEA, innovation efficiency for categories of states, JIT specifications for electricity as a product, inventory management models, optimal power flow problems, arc and electrical network design. Conclusions and modern developments are presented.
