Scientific seminar "Theory of Optimal Decisions": Cluster Modeling of Hospital Hybrid Energy Systems: Resilience Assessment under Wartime Conditions

DEAR COLLEAGUES!

We invite you to participate in the scientific seminar "Theory of Optimal Decisions , which will take place on September 15, 2026 at 16:00.

Speaker: Saukh Sergii, Corr. Member of the NAS of Ukraine, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor (G.E. Pukhov Institute for Modelling in Energy Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine)

Topic: Cluster Modeling of Hospital Hybrid Energy Systems: Resilience Assessment under Wartime Conditions

Abstract: The report presents a cluster model of hospital hybrid energy systems, developed to evaluate their resilience under wartime conditions. The model enables analysis of the interaction between diesel generators, battery energy storage systems, and solar installations within a hospital cluster. Particular attention is given to the ability of such systems to ensure continuous energy supply for critical healthcare facilities during crises. The findings can be applied to planning and optimizing the energy infrastructure of medical institutions under emergency circumstances.

Seminar leader: Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine P.I. Stetsyuk.
