We invite students, graduate students and young scientists to take part in GlushkovCYBER contests!
The purpose of the competition is to identify capable and talented young people who know how to find interesting approaches to solving unusual problems, and to popularize science among young people. The level of development of the state strongly depends on the level and number of talented youth. Therefore, it is necessary to more actively support this direction and encourage young people to be interested in science. The rapid development of technology and science is one of the factors that can help Ukraine win and establish itself properly in the European community.
Organizers: Institute of Cybernetics named after V.M. Hlushkova National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Uzhgorod National University, NGO "Youth Organization of Scientists of Ukraine".
The name of this year's competition is "Algebraic Art". The competition will consist of two independent parts: "Algebraic Art of Modeling" and "Algebraic Art of Programming". At the end of the competition, the winners will be determined, as well as the ranking of the winning educational institutions to which the participants belong will be compiled. Anyone can join the contest!

The competition will be held from March 1 to September 1, 2023.
This part of the competition is a scientific work.
Winners of the competition will be awarded with cash prizes, the best works will be published in the "International Scientific and Technical Journal "Problems of Management and Informatics".
